Carmel Corn


8 Cups popped corn

1/2 cup corn syrup
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt

In heavy saucepan, combine corn syrup, butter, brown sugar and salt. Stir on medium heat until just boiling. Remove from heat. Pour over popcorn and stir until evenly coated.
